Ceramic mugs are primarily composed of natural minerals such as kaolin and quartz; they are fired at high temperatures (typically above 1,200°C) to create a dense, durable structure. This material is heat-resistant and withstands rapid temperature fluctuations-such as pouring boiling water directly into a mug taken from the refrigerator-without cracking. The single-walled design facilitates faster cooling, making it ideal for everyday use.

Customization is primarily achieved through two methods: decal application and screen printing. The decal process involves transferring a pre-designed pattern onto the glazed surface using high-temperature transfer technology; this method offers high color fidelity and is suitable for intricate designs. Screen printing, on the other hand, applies ink directly onto the mug body through a stencil, making it best suited for simple text or line art. Both processes are applied to the glazed layer to ensure the design is wear-resistant and fade-resistant. When customizing, attention should be paid to image resolution (at least 300 dpi recommended) and color mode (CMYK) to prevent color discrepancies in the final print.
